Friday, April 17th
- ZZ Top comes to Tucson. KWFM & Yanks host a pre-show beer party and barbecue dinner with the group. Lucky listeners get to hang with Billy, Dusty, Frank and the KWFM crew. A few months later, Warner Bros. releases "El Loco", featuring the KWFM tribute, "Party on the Patio".
