Lyle writes, "I was a part time Jock from '83 to '86.  I recall Jim Ray and an exec coming to my house back when I was in high school to talk with my dad who worked at KGUN about the Rock and Roll Picture Show.  Dad asked what my brother and I thought of the idea and we said, 'Music videos are gonna be big, Dad!'
